We all have our highs and our lows––whether it be within a day or our entire life.
I’ve spoken to people about how my year has been so far, which includes plenty high and plenty low, and it seems I’m not alone. Others, too, have had their moments both good and bad as one month of 2016 comes to a close. As we go on living our lives, we have to remember to stop and breathe when things get rough and tough. It’s imperative to have moments and time to go into recovery; let it be a massage to decompress or having a lazy day to Netflix and chill with yourself. Remove yourself from reality to nourish your body. You deserve it. You deserve that break––that time to breathe, to recollect, to reflect. It doesn’t hurt to put life on “pause” to ensure you’re okay.
